Further to the Company’s Immediate Report of 29.6.2011 (reference no.: 2011-01-196965), the Company hereby announces that, on 30.6.2011, Petrochemical Investments (2006) Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company (“Petrochemical Investments”), consummated the purchase of 5,625,000 shares of Avgol, constituting approximately 1.9% of Avgol’s share capital, from Mr. Nir Peleg, for the consideration of a total of approximately NIS 10 million. Subsequent to the consummation of the purchase, Petrochemical Investments holds 70,716,960 Avgol shares, constituting 23.74% of Avgol’s share capital (23.24% on a fully diluted basis).
