| Arie Ovadya |

 Prof. Ovadia currently teaches at the Israel College of Management and is conducting research in the fields of accounting, finance and economics. Additionally, Prof. Ovadia is a director of companies in the Oil Refineries Group and of numerous other major Israeli corporations. Furthermore, Prof. Ovadia is a business consultant in the fields of accounting, taxation, financial management and investments for a variety of major corporations.
Formerly, Prof. Ovadia has been a Professor at the School of Business Administration at Tel-Aviv University, and has taught at the Israel Management Center and at the Open University. Overseas, Prof. Ovadia has been an Associate Professor in the Department of Accounting at Temple University in Pennsylvania, U.S.A. and a guest Associate Professor in the Department of Accounting at New York University in New York, U.S.A.
Prof. Ovadia is a former Chairman of the Board of the Israel Phoenix Insurance Company Ltd. and has also been a member of the Israel Accounting Standards Board.
Prof. Ovadia holds a BA and an MBA from Tel-Aviv University and earned his Ph.D. in economics from the University of Pennsylvania. |

 Mr. Singer is a former Director-General of the Israeli Ministry of Finance and a former C.E.O. of the First International Bank of Israel. Additional offices that Mr. Singer has held include Managing Partner of an investment house, Chairman of the Investment Committee at Clal Insurance Company and Special Manager of the Kagam Central Pension Fund. Mr. Singer is currently a member of the boards of directors of additional companies and is a Managing Partner at Singer Meister, which represents a Swiss financial entity in Israel. Mr. Singer also provides consulting services to private equity funds worldwide.

 Mr. Zief currently holds office as the Vice President of the Israeli Federation of Chambers of Commerce. Concurrently, Mr. Zief is also a member of the boards of directors of Koor Industries and of Shlomo Holdings. Additionally, Mr. Zief is the Honorary Treasurer of the Olympics Committee, and is a member of the managements of the Israeli Soccer Association and of the Israel Exports Institute.
Mr. Zief is a former Director-General of the Department of Customs and V.A.T. at the Israeli Ministry of Finance. Other offices he has held include: Chairman of the Israeli Sports Betting Board, Chairman of the Board of Mizrahi Investment Bank, the C.E.O. of Dubek Ltd., and member of the Advisory Committee to the Bank of Israel.

 Mr. Ramon is a former member of the Knesset – the Israeli Parliament. Some of the many public offices he has held are: Chairman of the Histadrut – the Israeli General Federation of Labor, Minister of Health, Minister of Internal Affairs, Chairman of the Ministerial Committee for State Auditing and Administration, Chairman of the Foreign Affairs and Defense Committee, Minister of Justice and Vice Prime Minister. Currently, Mr. Ramon is a senior advisor to the Chairman of the Board of Keter Plastic Ltd. and is a member of the boards of directors of additional companies.
Mr. Ramon holds a BA in law from Tel-Aviv University and is a lawyer. |

| Shimon Hefetz |

 Mr. Hefetz is a brigadier-general (reserves) and serves as a military adjutant to presidents of the State of Israel.
Mr. Hefetz is a member of the Board of Governors of Haifa University, is active in the national initiative for cultivating Israel’s future scientists – the Rashi Foundation, as well as in the international activities of the Yad Sarah voluntary organization. Mr. Hefetz is also a member of the nonprofit organization, Yad Lashiryon – the Armored Corps Memorial Site and Museum at Latrun, and of a nonprofit organization seeking the return of public Jewish property in Eastern Europe.
Mr. Hefetz is a graduate of the I.D.F. National Security College and is a graduate of the course for directors at the Israel Management Center.
