Mr. Schwartz has served as the CEO of I.D. Federman Holdings Ltd.
Mr. Schwartz is Director of Oil Refineries Ltd.(ORL), Carmel Olefins Ltd., Avgol Industries (1953) Ltd, Modgal Ltd. and Modgal Group’s Subsidiaries, Petroleum Capital Holdings Ltd., Maccabi Tel-Aviv Basketball Club(1995) Ltd., Wet Water Ltd.; GlobeCom Investments Ltd., and other companies.
Mr. Schwartz holds a B.A. in Economics and Management and M.B.A. degree both from Tel Aviv University.
Tzuki Harush
CFO
Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Harush was the C.F.O. of Bezeq On Line Ltd., and served as the Team Leader for Reporting and Taxation at Pelephone Communications Ltd.
Mr. Harush holds a B.A. in accounting and an LLB in law from Tel-Aviv University. Mr. Harush is a certified public accountant and a licensed attorney.
Orly Yosef
Controller
Prior to joining the Company, Ms. Yosef served as a senior manager at the accounting firm of Brightman Almagor Zohar, Israel.
Ms. Yosef holds a B.A. in economics and accounting from Bar-Ilan University and an MA in law for accountants from Bar-Ilan University. Ms. Yosef is a certified public accountant.
Noam Taichler
Business Development Manager
Mr. Taichler formerly served in the Business Advisory Services Department of Ernst and Young, Israel, as well as in the Financial Advisory Services Department at Deloitte.
Mr. Taichler holds a B.A. in economics, management and accounting from Tel-Aviv University and an MBA, specializing in financial management, from Tel-Aviv University. Mr. Taichler is a certified public accountant.
